It is our kuleana (responsibility) and hanohano (honor) to give back to our community with in-restaurant fundraisers for the following groups:
1. K-12 Schools
2. University & Community College Groups
3. Active Lifestyles Groups
4. Food and Sustainable Groups
5. Social and Community Clubs that support Food and Sustainability
6. Health Organizations whose vision is focused on maintaining or promoting a healthier lifestyle (research, education and/or care).

If your request is in one of these groups above, and meets our guidelines, please complete this application. Due to the large number of requests we receive, we cannot honor all of them, however if your request is approved we will contact you as soon as possible.
MINIMUM LEAD TIME IS: 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT DATE, however 6 weeks prior is preferred. Please complete the application form on this page.
Fundraisers are scheduled from 3pm-6pm, you can select one or two day, and 50% reimbursement to the organization is on all regularly priced items pre-tax ticket amount. Your peeps present the WikiGIVES flyer or show our cashier on their phone. WikiFRESH saves all the receipts and payment to the organization is within 3-5 days after the Fundraising Event. Organization agrees to sign a photo and video release receiving funds, that WikiFRESH can utilize for promotional purposes.
